Beginner at macro needs help

I'm doing a spreedsheet and need to use a macro to update info, the sheet is for payroll and covers 12 months. I need to be able to change 1 or all persons pay rate and use a macro to update the following months not the preceeding months.

The Question asks; "Provide for the possibility that the hourly rate may change during the year. Create a macro that copies the complete calculation sheet and paste special paste value into the same cell location"


Anyone, ideas ???
