    Conditional locking of a cell??

    2 questions:

    1. O.K. Maybe this is simple... and I am just missing something. I want to perform the following function on a Protected Sheet where some cells are unlocked:

I am writing an estimating program where there are a series of questions. Let's say you are on F12 answering a question. After you anser the question, I want the following to happen: If(F4="Hauling") or If(F4="Window Cleaning") then I want the cursor to skip to F17.

    2. If I save this document as a Template is there any function to create an ascending # so that each time I open the template I have a new sequential number. I want to be able to use this worksheet so that each time you open it you will see a new sheet without any of the previous answers and a number that I can use as a reference... preferably in an ascending order form the previous worksheet... without manually saving the worksheet as "1", "2",
"3", etc... Ihope this all makes sense!
