Drop down menu/data selection

Hi all,

Im trying to create a worksheet for football scores.

I have drop down menus for the country of the league (England, Germany, Italy and France), and then once a country is selected I want to be able to choose a league within that country (Premiership, Championship, Div 1, Div2) and then enter the scores/stats.

Ideally I can then simply select a country and divison from drop down menus and at a glance see the overall data Im looking for.

On Michael Wrays site: http://www.michaelwray.co.nz/sheets.html for example the Premiership document has the ability to select a team from a drop down menu and enter appropriate info which is then saved and reflected accordingly.

I appreciate this isnt a one line answer, but what sort of area should I be looking into to learn this sort of info? Thanks in advance.
