    using ListFillRange on sharable sheet bring error message

    the following code come up with an error message of " Unable to set the ListFillRange properrty of the DropDown Class"
    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    when i share the workbook then get this message else work fine if i donot share it.

    I looked every where but couldnot find anything

    I would Really Apreciate, if some one help me with this
