Insert If formula in cell via macro?

I was wondering how to insert the formula:

=IF(C20="Complete",=Today(),"")

into a cell using code?

you see i have a clear form button that clears the cells and i just want the formula to remian in the cell for the next lot of data to be affected by it.

or

My problem was that i didn't know that wrapping the quote marks in quote marks would work, i did actually think about trying it but now it works!! great.
