Copy but avoiding selecting

Is there any way to write this code so that it doenst have to select the sheets and ranges before operating?

    Sheets("LCVHold").Select
    Range("A3:B3").Select
    Application.CutCopyMode = False
    Selection.Copy
    Sheets("LCV").Select
    Range("A2:B2").Select
    Selection.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValues, Operation:=xlNone, SkipBlanks _
        :=False, Transpose:=False

Sheets("LCV").Range("A2:B2").Value = Sheets("LCVHold").Range("A3:B3").Value

or

Sheets("LCVHold").Range("A3:B3").Copy _
Destination:=Sheets("LCV").Range("A2")
