Command button not working properly on different sheet

On the "Kilo" sheet I have 2 command buttons one "insert" and one "delete". I would like the insert button on kilo sheet to work as I was using the Insert Command button on the "Nom roll" sheet. If I use the insert button on kilo the way it is now as is it messes up the Kilo sheet.
I posted this question in the ozgrid forum but could nt figure out how to get it working. http://www.ozgrid.com/forum/showthread.php?t=77486 attachment is also there.

I don't think I explained what was required clearly enough and apologize as this code does work, but not the way I need it to.

clik on the insert-> Input Information then it needs to be incorporated back into the "Nom roll" sheet so the new infor is added into the "Nom roll" list. This way the pull down menu in column B of sheets J and K can be used to insert the new info. Sorry for the confusion.
