network user access

this only works for network user 0481643 i need to add more network users how do i do this ?

I have about 20 people who need to access this document and if they access it i want to record some data when they open it and when the close it and put it a separte file. (so i can monitor there performance)

I also have 1OO'S of other people who go in and out of the document to view and make changes but i dont need to record anything for them .

can you help ?
