Macro to copy from Excel and paste into a form on IE or Firefox?

How do I create a Macro to copy from Excel and paste into a form on IE or Firefox? Is this possible? I would be most grateful for any help or advice.

    Best Regards

    Thanks for link.

Thanks, I will have to have a look in more detail at this. My programming knowledge labels me in a category called stupid but I will have a go.

If there are any suggestion on a possible plug-in for FireFox that might make this process easier or something like that I would be very grateful for suggestions.

For just name and address, I've been using the Firefox Add-on "Form History Control"
