    Addin Installation & CommandBar Creation

I am creating an add in to distribute to my coworkers and I would like to make the installation as simple as possible.

I am planning on having them simply drag and drop the .xla file to their addin default folder,
    (C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\Microsoft\AddIns)
    is this the best way?

My next question is: What is the best way to install a new toolbar and a new button on the toolbar for this macro?

I tried the following without and luck:

Please Login or Register to view this content.
If I move this code under a button manually it runs fine, but obviously this is not a good option.

(I am running WindowsXP with Excel 2003)

    Thank you in advance,
