How would one go about creating a spreadsheet that is as wide as column
K, and will serve as a database. As each entry is added, the rep keying this will hit `add` button, and then the list will re adjust itself and align in alphabetical order Lastname, Firstname. I think this is a simple form, please see attachment. (Office 2003)
I wanted to place the light grey row odds and evens conditional formatting rule in there(static background highlight). I forgot what the term was called.
OH And one more thing, after they are added to the list below, I would like to have the below list locked in a manner in which no one can change it unless they have a password.
(This will protect against unauthorized changes.)
The attempt I made here, its unpredictable - I hit data and then forms,
and sometimes it gives me a clean entry point, and sometimes it uses
the actual data as form fields.. Please help!
