VBA Code needed to copy and paste the format

Hi

I ve a worksheet having one particular format. Everyday i ve to copy paste this format how many times i needed. Sometimes 10, sometimes 20 sometimes 50, sometimes even 150... This i am doing manually as per my requirement.

I want a macro, whereby it automatically copy paste this format, the times i needed.

One important thing to be noted is while copy pasting this format in the same worksheet, i ve to leave 5 rows gap between each format.

For your reference i ve attached the excel sheet having the format.
