Background:
I have a catalog that I use for customizing computer systems. I have three basic systems to choose from, each of these three systems have an option button labled "Buy as is!" or "Customize it!" The object of this catalog is to allow a customer to be able to customize the selected system from the various other worksheets (i.e. cases, CPUs, memory, etc)
Each system is pre-designed with pre-selected hardware - the custmized option allows the customer to upgrade or down grade these pre-selected hardware devices. Each hardware item has their own option buttons to thier corrosponding hardware group, i.e. all CPU option buttons are part of the CPUGroupButtons located in the CPU worksheet, all memory buttons are apart of the MemoryGroupButtons located in the memory worksheet, and etc.
Question is thus:
I want to be able to have each pre-selected item have their option button chosen depending on the system that is choosen. For example one system comes with a 320GB hard drive - when that system is chosen I want this 320GB hard drive to be atomatically chosen along with all the other pre-selected items that come with that selected system. Additionly, if another system is chosen I want all the items that come with that system to be chosen.![]()
Can anyone help me with this? I would think it would be an easy procedure but maybe I am wrong.
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!
