Adding new sheet with User Input

Is it possible to add a new sheet from a userform, with a textbox and commandbutton, by typing the name of the new sheet in the textbox, and then click on the commandbutton to add a new sheet with that name

and is there a way to list all the sheets in a userform, with a option to delete a sheet.
