How might I pass the user_ID and password (two variables I have defined and initialized in the macro) to Microsoft Query automatically from the macro when the macro does a "Refresh"? Our company policy says I'm not supposed to save the password in the query, and there are several different "refresh" queries in the macro. The desire is to only have to enter the user-id and password once, yet still get that information into each query refresh.

Any ideas? Thanks!
