insert 1 empty row after 100 rows

Greetings,

I have a huge database in excel.. (say...2500 rows) i would like to insert 1 empty row after 100 rows... with the help of a macro

looking forward for some help

I'm puzzled. Why would you want to insert empty rows in the database. That will prevent Excel's database features from working!
