Refresh Subtotal's Button

I have never used macro's or placed buttons in excel before. What I am attempting to do is have subtotals automatically refresh when new data is inputted into my data entry sheet, since I cannot get it to do that I am hoping someone can direct me to a good source to make a Button that when clicked will just refresh the subtotals of the data.

As of current the subtotals don't refresh, they just keep the same cell references when new data is entered and don't sort properly. I have to manually go to Data, then Subtotals and re-run the subtotals, since what I am working on is for an external user I would like a way for it to do it for them or have a simple button for them to click.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Problem Solved. I figured out a better way to do what I was attempting to do. Thanks though.
