I need a code that will automatically save a users worksheet every 10 minutes,

I know in excel it has autosave option but this dosent seem to work when i am extracting date from another users sheet, i have to ask the user to manually save so i can update the values on a main spreadsheet.

You may want to update the times before you run it because I believe it is set for every 5 seconds and I ended up having to crash the program to get the times changed the first time.
