Stamp Username, Time & Date

Is there a way to stamp and excel sheet with the user name, time and date of when the sheet was last saved?

Also is there a way to do the same the same when the spreadsheets values have been updated.

Take a look at this file and see if it has some of the things in it that you are wanting to do. I wrote this for someone a while back and if my memory serves me, it records the users name and then logs whether or not the file was changed and saved.
