Drop down/combo box help

Hi,

I'm trying to create a search function type of thing using drop boxes or combo boxes. I want to make it so that there are four different categories, and within each category is a drop down box for various choices. Depending on what choice is selected for each category, a list of results matching those fields shows up. I have no experience dealing with programming in Excel so please advise. Thanks.
