Good morning, Robert - thank you for your reply. I apologize for not "unprotecting" the results tabs. I have done so now. I'm still confused, however. I was trying a couple different things this morning and have saved the spreadsheet with a few changes. When I got rid of the data the first time, I used Clear Contents. That would also clear the data out of the Results tab. This time, I used Delete, and when I went to the Results tab, I got the "REF!" message, indicating the macro didn't not have any data to work with. Then, when I pasted the data back in, the Results tab automatically updated - it added data below the "REF!" lines. I was under the impression that the Results tab should never "update itself" - without running the macro. In fact, that is how it works in other copies of this spreadsheet. I've got four other people using a copy of the spreadsheet, and none of them are having this problem. I just don't get it.

Anyway, I have unprotected the Results worksheets. I would really be appreciative if you would take another look.

    Thanks so much!

    Julie

    Dear Julie,

I can't provide a solution as I don't know what the desired outcome is and the way the macro has been structured makes it very hard to follow/step through (especially when it's trying to save to one of your network drives).

The formula on the DMR_Results tab will return #REF! if you delete rows from the the DMR tab as you are deleting part of the formula's reference. The formula in cell A1 of the DMR_Results tab (as is the case with the RedTag_Results tab) concatenates data based if there is an entry made in cell A2 of the DMR tab. As this formula extends down to row 1501, you can make this many entries in the DMR tab (starting at cell A2) which will be included in the DMR_Results tab.

I've removed the #REF!'s within the workbook so it now should better (hopefully).

    Good luck with it all!!

    Robert

Thanks so much for your time and effort, Robert. It is much appreciated. It's so cool that there are people like you out there who give their time to help others without expecting anything back. I am one of those people as well. Let's keep up the good works!

    Have a great day,
    Julie
