    You are not likely to get much help if you can't be bothered to explain your problem in the actual question. Why should we waste time downloading the example without knowing whether we can help? Also, your question title does not give any indication of what you want.

    Hello Roy,

    Thanks for your prompt reply. I dont know how to explain it in the title, my apologies. If you can help me please, i have sheet1, that is where i type the data, i just want those data go to sheet 2 in listed format in a macro or vba.

    I tried but its blocked here in the office. I tried to code it but its not working.
    I tried to record a macro, then edit macro, then see the code, but its still not working.

    Hi Ane,

    See the attached file. You may continue to learn VBA through Roy's website. Learn the Offset Function, it is very helpful.

    Roy, Since Ane cant download the example you have in your site, i've managed to download and make the code worked for her. Thanks Roy.
