    Lightbulb Paste Special & Values

    Hi Experts,

    Need help on three subjects

    1. Paste Special & Values
    2. Spellnumber Error
    3. Mulitple workbooks into one workbook

    1. In attached document; calculation sheet contains of formulas, I used a button to save the file in C:\, when I click the button ‘SAVE’ a file is saved in C:\ in the name of the cell value of “E7”,

Here formulas are also copied & saved. Can we save only the values to be saved?

    2. In attached document, I have used ‘SPELLNUMBER’ macro to convert Numbers to words, whereas once I save the file in C:\, the file saved in C:\ is showing the SPELLNUMBER as “# NAME?” Can this be rectified?

    3. Everytime I click SAVE an individual file (one single sheet) has been created in C:\ in the name of the cell value of “E7”.

Can we have all the individual Excel files of C:\ into one Master Data? As soon as I save a file, a copy of the file should be available in the master data & in C:\.

    Thanks in Advance

    Regards,
    Harish S

Spellnumber is a Function and needs to be present in the workbook that is using it. The Name error is because the Function is not available. You can save the Function as an addin or to your PERSONAL>xls so it available to all workbooks.

If you are copying the sheet use PasteSpecial > Values

    Hope that helps.
