    Excel VBA Printing Footers

    I have the following code:

    what I want is the store and tradedept to print on the line below the 'Printed &D &T' and not on the same line... any ideas?

    Hi,
    If you go to page setup and you are able to set the footer the way you want, then you should be able to use the macro recorder to set the footer
    will look something like this

    Thanks for that. Works a treat...

    didn't think to use the macro recorder!!
