Having one cell automatically conveting another

This sheet converts Host hours and tipouts from servers to a Hosts amount of money due at the end of their shift. Once in awhile we need to use money from a separate tipout called 1%. Cell H25 shows how much money is short and will be needed to make the minimum wage of the employee. It is shown in the negative I would like that number to be automatically put into cell C30 and as a positive number.

I had this formula set up before but someone deleted it and i am not sure what I did.
