compare worksheets

I am facing an issue in comparing two worksheets.
The scenario is I have two worksheets 1) Master 2) Sheet2
I would like to compare these two sheets and need a new sheet that contains records which are not common in both the sheets. I do not need records which are same in both sheets.

I have a macro for that and when I run the same I got wrong output. Pls see sheet “New” that contains the output of the macro that I ran.

Also attaching the same macro code in txt file.

Pls help ….
