Searching for a string in a cell

Hi all,


I need to search for the occurance of the word 'Total', in column B
Where I find an occurance I need to shade the row columns A:M in grey.

There will be more than one occurance of Total within a cell in this column.
and I need to process each one from the bottom of the sheet up to row 4.

Can anybody help me?

I know how to find an exact string, but I have no idea how to look for a string within a string - if that makes sense.
