conversion of days into months & years with auto updates

Hi Folks,

Need your urgent help on the excel document that I'm maintaining at my end.. the problem that m facing in here is with calculation of Months 7 years..

As the default of excel calculates in units.. hence 0.9+0.1=10 but in case of year its like 1 year = 12 months...

m stuck inher with other calculations..

can you pleas help me up to sort it out..
