Finding and editing data in a worksheet

Hi,

I am making this application in VBA which requires me to Find data from a worksheet and display in a userform for editing. Then, writing the edited data from the userform back into the worksheet in the same row where the data was picked from. The problems that I am facing are:

1. There can be repeated data for the Find criteria. I need to pick up the last data entered into the worksheet.

2. Once the data is updated, it needs to be entered into the same row where it was picked up from.

Please help.

Nothing, really. I am supposed to be working on it from end of this month. Throw some ideas on how to go about it, if you have any.
