    Complieing information

ok i need help. I have this rather large excel file that has alot of info in it from a touch screen eval unit installed in a bed store. it has 9 information columns. a=retailer b=location c=date d=mattress e=love meter f=boy/girl single (this will be a 1 or 2) g=man/women single (again 1 and 2 values) h=combo(couple) and g=number viewed i started to add up the stores and values but this is a huge file and this would take forever. is there a way to script something to add them all up, per store and response and not have to do it manually? any help would be great. thanks.
here is a SS of what im talking about

Using a PivotTable report would be something to look at.

From Excel help, About PivotTable reports:

A PivotTable report is an interactive table that quickly combines and compares large amounts of data. You can rotate its rows and columns to see different summaries of the source data, and you can display the details for areas of interest.
