function to Change Qtr to date

I have a cell with Q107. This there a function that would change it into 1/1/07. I can create a big case or if statement, but that seems silly.

You can't do this with a function in the same cell. Do you want to use a macro to convert the value, or a UDF to create the date in another cell?
