    =IF() replaced by VBA code

    Hi there,

    I have cells with multiple conditions which makes the formula fairly difficult to read. I was wondering if I can replace the cell formula with some VBA code which is much more readable?

    The cell should however keep updating automatically.

    How can I do that? Can someone provide me with a tiny example?

    thx a lot,
    jm

    You could replace your IF with a UDF, but those are generaly slower than built-in functions.
