    Automatically Run Macro every 5 mins

    Is it possible to automatically run a macro after a certain amount of time.

    Basically i want a Macro to run and then the workbook saved every 5 minutes automatically.

    Is this possible?

    Application.OnTime()

    Hey there Ben,

    Yes, there is a way to run a macro after a set time. I think this is what you're looking for. http://www.ozgrid.com/Excel/run-macro-on-time.htm

    One more ? ...

    I've been looking at a similar problem. What I want to do is replace the update buttom on userform to just update every 30 seconds instead. However I can't seem to get the application.ontime feature to work in this respect.

    Does anyone know of any examples of this I could look at?
