    Drop down menu formatting

I have the following excel sheet:

    untitled.PNG

In column A i will have all my materials. What i am trying to do is create a dropdown menu for each cell in column A containing a list of all the different equipment that i will be using. When i select an item of material i then want the corresponding price and labour rate for that item to be displayed in columns c and f.

Is this possible or am i asking too much from excel.

How do you have the price and labor rate information stored? If this
nformation is in a table then you can use a vlookup function in the
corresponding cells in columns C and F to return your price and labor rate
from the description in column A.

Search vlookup in Excel Help if you are unfamiliar with it.
