Text color detect from Conditional Formatting?

How can this code detect text color that is set with "Conditional Formatting", it seems Conditional Formatting can set text color with out an actual value to compare to!?
It works fine on cells with manually set text color.

This colors all cells in a selection. I guess I am reading the Conditional Format settings and not the actual condition?

Your snippet only changed the Text color and only for a single selected cell. Multiple selected cells, just like my code, do nothing?

I think I will need to do this without Conditional Formatting and just use VBA code.

If you select one cell it will work on one cell, if you select multiple cells it works on all the selection. Tested in 2000 and 2003
