User adding a cell value to a existing drop down List

I want to allow a excel user to save a cell value to the bottom of a drop down list on another worksheet. This would provide the user the ability to re-use the unique cell value as needed. It would have to add to the bottom of an already running list.

    Any ideas?

(PS - I don't have a clue how to write macros but oddly enough can understand those that have been written. HHHMMMM

    Hi

Can you expand on what you are trying to achieve? re-use the unique cell value? If it is reused, then it is not unique...

Or do you mean you have a finite set of items, and if they are selected, then they are not available for future use, but if they are deselected, then they again become available for use? If so, then there are ways of building dynamic lists that don't require codes to be readded.
