How do I forecast/predict future values ?

i have data for a my production unit (staple pins sold) [Zip Excel file attached]

Can someone help me to predict/forecast the future values of the year 2007 and the remaining months. [image file attached]

There are many functions that could be of help, such as TREND, FORECAST, LINEST and LOGEST depending of what kind of regression you prefer. Just look them up in the help!
