    Exclamation Add Ins:wondering

    hi everyone

    just wondering if someone can help me with some coding

    i would like when a user opens a workbook that an 'AddIn' is unistalled even if the user has renamed it?

    hope this is possible

    It is possible that you can unload an add-in without referring to it by name, but it is unlikely you could take advantage of it.

    The first add-in in my list is Anaysis Toolpak. I could unload it with this :

    So you can call it by name or by its position in the list. And if someone renames it, the chances are its going to change its position.
    Can I ask why...?

    add in

    it was just because i have installed that add in on my pc at work and i dont want anyone else getting their hands on it.....we have many pcs at work and we all use different ones so i just wanted to uninstall that addin when i am not logged on or using my pc
