repeating a formula

Hi there,
How large is the worksheet?
have the calculations always been slow?,

What is the formula?
is it possible to set the worksheet calculation to manual until all the info has been updated?

yes the calculations have always been slow

the file is 3.2MB and zips down to about 460 KB still to big for this forum but i can email it to you if you let me have your email address
