I have an .xls file of names and ssns... I need to print out forms (in word) with the names and ssn automatically inserted in the form.
Is there a way to link this some how? Is this even possible? It would make life a lot easier if it is.

You need to present the forum with more detail about both the Excel worksheet layout and the type and layout of the Word document. Can you give examples of the layouts or post the documents as attachments? Either will help you to get an answer to your question.

Well the excel spreadsheet has sensative information on it.
Lets say my spreadsheet has 2 columns... A is of names and B is of social security numbers. Lets say there is 50 rows (names and ssns).
I have a word document, which is a form and there's a certain spot on the form I want to link a row to, print, then do it again and print.
Tracking what I'm trying to do here?
