Stopping Excel From Opening

i was wondering if there is any way to shut down an Excel File if Macro's are not enabled. i have some information i would like to protect in the file

Hi, Josh. There is really no way to do exactly what you are asking, but an alternative is to create a single sheet that will open if macros are not enabled, which will not allow the user to access any of the other data in your workbook. See the following link:
