Macro Advice

Hello All,
Please help me with this simple project, I am a LAN admin and do not fiddle with excel to much. My boss just recently put me in charge of this project. I have to create macros for simple reports that are generated by our CRM software and the software spits out the data in .csv format and then I simply run the macro that I created and I am good to go. Only I need to make these macros available company wide. This is going to be very tedious to do on 50+ machines, placing the personal.xls in my clients XLstart. There has to be a simpler way ? I would love to create a simple web page and have my users perhaps execute the macro from the page. Has anyone ever accomplished this or something similar ? Thanks for any feedback...

So from my understanding, I can copy the macro code into the add-in ?
