    Thumbs up vba/macro

I want a vba/macro/sheet which takes care about my query:

If a customer have 3 vehicles of different capacity (12kl,9kl,22kl,,,,) and using different
products like (water, Oil, Gas,...) and dispensing them through different pumps( x,y,z,),

Then I want to maintain the data in Excel sheet in a single row
    For the above customer

    1st Vehicle, 12kl, Water, X
    2nd Vehicle, 9kl, Oil, Y
    3rd Vehicle, 22kl, Gas, Z

Is it possible to maintain in Excel?
If at all kindly help me out in making it. (I feel some relations to be defined. I Don't
know wheather I am right or wrong)

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi pauluk,
may be my example will give you a better idea.
if one customer has 3 vehicles with 3 different types of capacities, carries 3 or more products and dispenses the product through 3 or 4 pumps.
is it possible to maintain all the data in a single row.
if not i want a form like thing (may be) which takes care about all the above actions.
for example (again) if one customer has 3 vehicles, i will enter 3 in no.of column then excel should ask me 3times about the capacities of those vehicles, and products carried by the vehicles and no.of pumps are used for dispensing of the product.
    hope this is clear.

If you attached your workbook, perhaps that would make things clearer.
