Insert Image in Access DB

Hi All,
I am building a program that links Excel to an Access DB via an ADODB.Connection. I am having a little trouble inserting and retrieving an image/picture i/o of the db. I have set up the field in the db as an OLE Object and have tried a number of ways, but all unsucssful.

Does anyone know where I can get an example of code to do this.
