    automatically jump to next cell

I have a row that the user types text into. I need to have Excel jump to the next row once the row is full. Any ideas?

    Thanks.

    Hello Ed,

You can control the Enter key's direction on the Worksheet using the Tools menu. Go to...

Tools > Options > Edit (tab)

Look for the checkbox marked "Move selection after Enter". Click the box to check it if the box is clear. Immediately below the check box is drop down labeled "Direction". Select "Down" from the list and then click the "OK" button at the bottom right of the dialog.

    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross
