    Question flitering

Hay guys i have an interesting little thing going on here. I have a spreadsheet that I have so kindly attached that I want to filter by the department that I click on from the drop down menu. I hope this makes sense. If it does not give me a shout back and I will try to explain in a little better detail.

    Sweet....

That does it...now how would i be able to keep a space in the results table. Take a look at the two screen shots that I have posted...to get a better explanation.

That is exactly what I want ...but when i click on the department that I want to sort by i come up with different values. It should come up with the same values but it does not always do that. hrmmm...try testing it out you will see what i mean...

What I saw is excel instruction I used didn't recognize corretly the last row and then sometimes the rows number of data visualization was not correct.

    I hope this is good.

    Thanks

That is what I wanted...now i am in the process of trying to figure out a way where one of the options is to have it do just a complete listing of everyone. With out any filtering. If you know how to do that it would be nice if you could add that funtionality to the macro. But other than that thanks...works like a charm...
