code for wrap text

Hi ,
please help me to find the solution of wraping the text.Iam copying and pasting the first column from sheet 1 of source work book to another sheet 1 of new work book. i had changed the font size but the text does not paste as same as copied text.sheet 1 of new work book shows the single line only.if u select the cells it shows the full copied text.i want the code to wrap the text and all the cells should show the fulltext without hiding the text.
