Convert formular to text

Is there a way in VBA (or a conventional formula) that I can convert a formula to pure text?

IE: The formula in cell A1 is:

Can I execute some kind of function or VBA code to convert the cell so that the cell actually says "=A2+A3", and not the result of the original formula??? So, instead of the cell saying "43" (or whatever the actual formula result is), I want the cell to actually say "=A2+A3". I actually need it converting to text, not just pressing CTRL + `.
