creating a proposal page

I use a an excel price sheet to bid all of my jobs what i was wondering is is there a way that when ever i enter a quanity in one field can excel past the text to another page? example A1 15X30 Pool B1 is quanity lets say 1 on a seperate page you would get this 1 15x30 pool and any field with out a quanity would be left out is this possible to do if so were can i go to see how this is done??

PoolMan Welcome to ExcelForum, why dont you post your workbook with the seperate sheet filled in a little with how you would like it to look.......that way we will be able to get a better understanding on what you want to achieve and provide you with a solution.

Provided that you have the pool size in A1 on sheet 1 and quantity in B1 on sheet 1 paste this in to A1 on sheet 2

=Sheet1!B1&" "&Sheet1!A1&" Pool"

and it will display what your looking for....i think!

can i email it to you it is to big to upload here but what i want is any amout greater than zero will display Amount and text on a seperate work sheet right now i have to print about 23 pages and i am just looking for a way to only print what was included in bid.
