Userform moving text

Hello,

Need some help

How can i get the text to change in a label on a user form, and it repeats until the form is closed.

for instance when the form is open it loops the text in the label to read

working.
working..
working...
working....

StartFlashing

ACK: Bob Phillips devised the flashcount i just modified it for a userform!

This is great however i want it to run for as long as the form is initialized,

and not just for a set number of flashes.

change the flash rate to a higher number it should stop when the userform is closed!, flash rate= 10000
